Hi noni, Have you looked at our Provisioning API?
http://code.google.com/apis/apps/gdata_provisioning_api_v2.0_reference.html The API provides functions for creating, retrieving, updating and deleting user accounts, nicknames and email lists. Please note API access is only for Premier Edition and Education Edition. I hope this helps.
