Unfortunately, there is no documentation available on Mobile SSO. Without cookies, i imagine you will have face session validity issues like the one you mentioned. Although some mobile browsers like Opera Mini do provide cookie and JavaScript support but many mobile devices still have primitive capabilities. I am not aware of any such deployment.
