Hi,

You should use the URL to the Prompt.aspx page as the "Sign-in page
URL" for SSO.  SingleSignOn.aspx is an intermediate page and should
not be called directly.  Also, please keep in mind that users have to
visit a Google Apps service in order to generate the proper
SAMLRequest and RelayState for SSO.
