Hi Lois, You can only access the Provisioning API using admin credentials. Your users can change their passwords (not for forgotten passwords) under Gmail->Settings->Accounts->Change Password or simply go to this link:
https://www.google.com/a/__your_domain__/ChangePassword Maybe someone else in the group has found a solution to this problem?
