I have several users on my domain that when they sign-in using SSO they do not get to their email but get to the GMAIL login page instead. Every email address that has "basic HTML" set as default has this problem. Many of our users use dial-up so "basic HTML" is a common setting for us.
Searching the forums leads to a closed thread about the issue.
