The reason I posted here is because I don't know where to post and I don't know what Google Apps are, Google does not have a customer service phone or email, so I have no way of knowing where to ask my question.
Your response, did not help, at all. Even if this is the wrong place, as an employee of Google, your response was inappropriate and unhelpful. If I knew where to call and complain, I would.
