Hi Versluys, There's no single solution at the moment. You'll have to make a separate request for the AuthSub token.
It's worth nothing that there's active working being done on what's called the "Hybrid Protocol"--a marriage of OAuth + OpenID: http://step2.googlecode.com/svn/spec/openid_oauth_extension/drafts/0/openid_oauth_extension.html Essentially, this will allow you to log in a user (authenticate) _and_ obtain an OAuth token (authorization) in a single step.
