Hi,

There are different access levels to each Google Apps Edition. See the
table below for the appropriate Google Apps edition for the API(s) you
are looking to use:

http://code.google.com/apis/apps/start.html

For example, Documents List Data API is available for Google Apps
Standard Edition.
