Now I want to get a contact with specific email address.I did this by
first getting all the contacts and then iterate through it and check for
particular ContactEntry and do what ever with that and update it.
Now how can I do if I want to get particular Contact with its Primary
Email address.
Kindly help me in this regards

From the top of my head:
a contact entry has a groupmembership collection.
You create a GroubMembership object, fill it to your hearts desire.
Add that object to above collection. Update entry.
