Hi Claudio, not sure about the score but I finally got this to work. My only 
problem was that I didn't replace 'domain' on the feed with the domain name

feed = 
client.get('https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/example.com/user/2.0', {})

it's kind of weird that it doesn't fall under the scope, no? 
https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/user/#readonly

In that case the documentation could be clearer here
http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/gdata_provisioning_api_v2.0_developers_protocol.html#Retrieve_Account_Example

Here is how I would write it: 

GET https://apps-apis.google.com/a/feeds/(*domain name)*/user/2.0
