You are indeed affected by the same issue reported at
http://code.google.com/a/google.com/p/apps-api-issues/issues/detail?id=2725.
Our engineers already discovered the root cause and are working on a fix.
For all further updates please star the issue in our issue tracker and
you'll get an email every time we update it.
