Hi Brian We agree that this can be a good feature for the admins. Thanks for the suggestion. You can retrieve chats using Email Audit API<http://code.google.com/googleapps/domain/audit/docs/1.0/audit_developers_guide_protocol.html#retrieving_all_mailbox_status>, but this API can be used only for lawful purposes in accordance with your Customer Agreement.
