Hello May be you have already checked this but still, are you sure you are hitting the right url for the cpanel view when you are logged in as admin_user_name @elearnernetwork.org <[email protected]>. It should be something like google.com/a/cpanel/elearnernetwork.org<[email protected]>/Dashboard. Please let me know.
