Hello David, I tried creating Email List and could not reproduce your error. I successfully could create the Email List/Group. Did you mean that when you try retrieving Email List after creating the you get 1301 "EntityDoesNotExist" exception, or just after CreateEmailList. I could retrieve the group after creation immediately.
Just to remind you that Email Lists will be deactivated on January 16, 2012 as 3 years would be over then from the deprecation announcement.
