Hello Sergei You can get read only access to the contacts of all your domain users using the Contacts API<http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/developers_guide.html#retrieving_without_query>. You just need to authenticate as a domain Admin. Or otherwise you can also you 2 legged OAuth<http://code.google.com/apis/contacts/docs/3.0/developers_guide.html#Auth>and get all the contacts for any user.
