Hi Shraddha, Ours its a mobile application so it requires each customer to activate the Provisioning API directly.
Also, as Jay Lee mentioned, it would be really helpful if you can clarify whether from now on the Provisioning API will be available for the Google Apps Free edition too. Please help us clarify the situation because, at least for us, this significantly changes our potential market.
