For now, unique numeric value for email address is not exposed.
If you want this feature to be implemented then you can file a request in
our 
apps-api-issues-tracker<http://code.google.com/a/google.com/p/apps-api-issues/wiki/IssuesTab?tm=3>
.
We will update the issue if it gets implemented and you will get all
updates on the issue through mail.
