If you have you authorid or even the Google Base id of the inserted item/s then you can check if its fully active.
As an example : http://base.google.com/base/a/1240959/D18442587637542777361 where D18442587637542777361 is the Google Base unique id of the item as far as i can remember. If it is then it could just be a timing issue with the dashboard updating.
