I am also having the exact same problem with treefortbikes.com's feed. Am I missing some simple additional attribute? Before I had a rss feed uploaded via FTP with a channel and all of our items as children of the channel. The channel contained some information about the site and I am wondering if that somehow tied it to our ratings? I'd like to keep our extremely high ratings tied to all items we now will be posting through the api... but they do not currently have any of those ratings. They are not new items as they keep their click / impression data after being posted. They also show up along all of our other items.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
