Google has many other APIs in Maven so it is somewhat surprising that this one is not. It would make development much easier. As it is, I will have to create manual entries for each item and add them to each of our clients here locally. Ack!!!
You mentioned you use an "ant get"? I have not used ant tasks within Maven, but I think it is possible. Not sure if that is a best option here or how to do it, but guess it may be useful finding out.
