The file upload is nice and simple but if you want to give the api one
more shot there should be a "batch" call on your service object.  Hand
it a feed instance stuffed with entries.  1Megabyte max xml.  At least
that's what it looks like in java.

Nice if you want to update some subset of items quickly or
dynamically.
