Thanks for the response Tom.  I don't see anything I'm doing wrong,
but honestly reading those terms leaves me very confuses (which is why
I didn't go into Law).

I'm trying to decide what to do and am very confused as the decision
to build the site was based on the availability of data from Google
Base and other similar data sources.

Oh well.
