As I see it, you're looking for features provided by Google Products: cid,
reviews, seller information.
These features are not available through Google Base Data API, and as far as
I know there is no API to provide this information.
>From Google Base Data API homepage:

Google Base <http://base.google.com/> is a free service for submiting all
kinds of content for Google to host and to make searchable online. It allows
content providers to upload structured data to Google, surface it across
Google search properties, and syndicate it via apis, gadgets and gadget ads.

So Google Base Data API is a generic API for accessing data submitted to
Google Base. Therefore it does not provide any special functionality that is
particular to a certain application that uses Google Base data.

If you think this functionality should be part of Google Base API, feel free
to file a feature request using the Public Issue
Tracker<http://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list>.
