Your product has to have a unique g:id attribute (sku). I presume you used the same g:id attributefor both USA and UK items. You inserted the UK products after the USA products, and Google Base thought you did an item update and overwrote your item.
To fix this, you should have different g:id for USA and UK products. One simple approach for you is to append "_usa" or "_uk" to the g:id, depending on the country you target.
