Thank you, I has already tracked down that page, and I believe zend supports to 
by allowing me to set the following attributes: 

* shipping.country
* shipping.region
* shipping.service
* shipping.price

At least thats what I think, I am unable to verify the allowed values for Zend 
Client Library.

Has anyone else used the zend client library for this??
