Thanks Tom. Unfortunately I see error messages for only the 8 products that google reported as failing. Also, the feed seems to be getting processed completely since the last product in the feed is published.
I am suspecting that the HTML formatting in the description including 'ul' 'li' is screwing things up. Would appreciate if someone can confirm this otherwise I will have to test this using the google base API.
