You copied this from the documentation content ? You have to make sure
its properly formatted like this example :

http://www.google.com/base/feeds/snippets/-/jobs?bq=[location:%...@%22denver,CO),%20USA%22%20%2B%203mi]

I recommend you review the query builder app in the samples this will
help you better understand the parameters etc...
