I'm new to Google Base Data API. Correct me if I am wrong but it seems like this API along with documentation and web support must be very low priority at Google or possibly even dead. I read through all the docs, installed libraries, setup a valid Google account, have a valid website and used the demo page from Google but no matter what I do, whenever I try to create items by inserting, I always get "Cannot find the customer to insert the entry". A code of 404 is returned.
One would expect that using the demo page at: http://www.google.com/base/api/demo/html/demo.html would work. It does not. It works fine for querying but not for inserting. If this API is still active, can someone at Google please indicate what the problem is. At the very minimum, I would expect the demo page to work. If that does not work, I can't expect my own code to work (which by the way I have already tried and get the same results). The C# sample code is out-of-date.
