The proper mime type for JSON is application/JSON.
We don't use that in the source repo though because SVN treats it as
binary.
I have to wonder whether it would have done less damage in the long
run to redefine text/* as being UTF-8 + LF-only than to start using
application/* for all new text-ish formats, and lose the 'can be
viewed if you don't know better' cue.
