I have tried to minimize the size of domado.js considered as a diff from domita.js, so that this may be reviewed as said diff rather than as completely new code. In order to be capable of running under ES5/3, Domado does not use any ___ properties internally (replacing them with WeakMaps) or externally (replacing them with separate objects providing privileged access). It cannot run under ES5/3 currently due to the absence of Proxy support and exposed WeakMaps, but does cajole. Domado is currently "feature-complete" in that it has all the code from Domita, but a lot of that code has not been tested. Furthermore, the interfaces to htmlEmitter, and the output of the cajoler, will need to be revised, or glue code written, so that Domado can interact without using the ___ properties. The privileged access into Domado previously provided by ___ properties on 'imports' is now provided by a separate object 'tools', also passed in to attachDocumentStub.
