Another possibility is -- if the Web page using Caja has access to the
content itself, it can do:
var content = /* get content via XHR or JSONP or whatever */;
...
frame.code('url', 'text/html', content);
which would then send 'content' back down to the cajoling server. It's a
bit circuitous, but it might work.
