Jasvir: Are you thinking that, for ES5, a container would want to embed
literal content to improve latency:
aFrame.code('aUrl', 'text/html', '<div>the content ... </div>')
and that this practice, if used without urlCajoled and if it falls back to
ES5/3, would result in lots of needless network hops?
