Yes, if said optional args describe everything one could possibly want
to do to the prototype (because all those things have to happen after
register and before finish, since finish tamperProof-s).
That's somewhat in line with the sort of stuff I'm doing in
<https://codereview.appspot.com/9447044/>; I'd rather not make designing
that part of this change, but I'll definitely be looking at that sort of
thing in the future.
