XHR allows an API to set an
http://www.w3.org/TR/XMLHttpRequest/#anonymous-flag such that no requests
carry user credentials or source origin when fetching resources. This is
similar to withCredentials: false however also works for same-origin
requests.
I have not tested which browsers support it.
