Kevin, I see that you've taken ownership of this bug -- thanks!
But I'm gonna try out an idea for fixing the mitigation issue involved,
though it won't help with the isDefinedInCajaFrame part of this bug.
Letting you know to avoid conflict. If you don't see a CL from me by
Monday, nevermind, it's all yours ;).
