I thought of another use for this: applications which are especially
unconcerned with ocap protections and well-defined semantics in the guest
may choose to selectively discard particularly performance-harmful repairs.
(Note that this is not the same as setting maxAcceptableSeverity to a high
level, because setting maxAcceptableSeverity does not affect whether
repairs are performed, and because the severity levels are potentially too
coarse.)
