The logic for what repairs SES should apply and whether it is successful
has no tests, which is dangerous. In order to give it tests, it needs to be
refactored so that we can stub out the list of problems/repairs to give
known results rather than real browser-dependent ones.
Besides repairES5 repairs, we should also test that the whitelist system
correctly deletes properties, and that simple misconfigurations do not fail
insecure (see e.g. issue 1758), and so on.
