The Chrome/Safari console depends on 'eval' being bound as it ordinarily
is; we previously reported this at
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=145871 but it appears
that only bind, not eval, got fixed.
Regardless, when the bug actually is fixed, we should remove our kludge
ses.DISABLE_SECURITY_FOR_DEBUGGER which removes eval from scope objects.
