@keyframes is used extensively by animate.css
and is widely supported by browsers
(caniuse says 75% browser share)
so.. it looks like @keyframes needs tweaks to the parser,
but it also declares a global name for an animation,
so it looks like we'll need to apply an id transform to that name.
