Has anyone been able to trigger the bug under strict mode? If not, then we
shouldn't spend time in a big loop in repairES5 just to detect something
that doesn't apply. If so, does the bug also apply to non-numeric
properties? E.g., can the bug change a method to NaN by incrementing it?
