The following methods always fail with "RangeError: Invalid array length",
presumably due to a lack of layer separation in their implementations which
should be reported as a bug:
String.prototype.localeCompare
Number.prototype.toLocaleString
Date.prototype.toLocaleString
Date.prototype.toLocaleDateString
Date.prototype.toLocaleTimeString
