I wouldn't bother supporting prefixed versions. Unprefixed is a commitment from browsers to respect the spec.

If there is a prefixed version and you don't expose it, it's as if there is no requestAnimationFrame... which authors have to deal with anyway (requestAnimationFrame is in IE10, but not IE9)
