We implement @async and @defer ourselves for “parser-inserted” scripts, so
the rewrite is irrelevant. For “script-inserted” scripts we don't, and if
there are meaningful semantic differences in that case (a quick look at
http://hsivonen.iki.fi/script-execution/ suggests there are) then we should
forward instead of virtualizing @defer. I see no reason not to whitelist
@async.
In any case, we should include test cases for the expected behavior.
