Ihab: I recommend adding a prominent notice ("README" file or such) that
this content should be kept in place.
MarkM: Also possibly desirable is to make a copy elsewhere more suitable
for long-term document hosting with a stable URL — so that it's findable
if this one does go away or change URL for whatever reason.
