Description:
Major changes to debug.js to try to report stacks accurately on more
platforms.
Factored common logic from compileExpr and compileExprLater into
prepareExpr.
Changed useHTMLLogger to better emulate console stack-display.
Changed explicit.html to show that stack display on each platform.
