New issue 1886 by kpreid.switchb.org: Move WeakMap tests

There are tests for WeakMap in at least two places: test-language-guest and
test-ses-parts (more recently introduced). We should have them in only one
place.
Once ES5/3 is no longer maintained, meaning that testing its WeakMap
implementation is not interesting, I propose moving all these tests to
test-ses-parts. If we want to fix this sooner, we should move them to
test-language-guest.
