It looks like there's a provision for the attribute to be virtualized; it
tests for a virtualization.virtualizeAttrName() method. However, in the
playground this is undefined. In general, we should allow any
attribute "attr" but change it to "data-caja-attr" if it's not
whitelisted. Kevin, there's a note there from you that it's optional;
under what circumstances should it be set?
