Running "ant" or "ant all" now succeeds.
* Revise demos/container/ to use current Caja API version and HTTPS.
* Remove build of precajoled content for container demo and related
build cruft.
* Add missing dependencies to MinifiedJs build rule.
* caja.js does not throw a "not a function" error on failure to
initialize with no failure callback.
