I think you have misunderstood the concept. The point is that the _host
page_ (which is not at all constrained by Caja) can provide a geolocation
API to the guest page, but to avoid giving the information unconditionally
to _all_ guest code you want to choose some authorization policy -- unless
it is a reasonable expectation that every guest that runs on your site can
be given location access.
If you have further questions about how to implement such a mechanism,
please ask on google-caja-discuss rather than extending the discussion of
this issue.
