Allen Wirfs-Brock says that the spec will be updated so .length will be
nonconfigurable; thus test_THROWTYPEERROR_UNFROZEN will remain correct.
test_THROWTYPEERROR_PROPERTIES should be changed, but this isn't critical
since we don't try to repair anything and consider it a
SAFE_SPEC_VIOLATION; leaving this issue open for that.
